Age group timings
The event is 2024/25 Season age groups (ie next season age groups). Your age group(s) entry is for your team playing in the season 2024-2025, i.e. if Under 13s in season 2023-2024 then they should now be entered as Under 14s for this tournament.
Saturday AM :- u7 boys, u9 boys, u11 boys, u12 boys, u13 girls, u15 boys
Saturday PM :- u8 boys, u9 girls, u11 girls, u12 girls, u13 boys, u16 boys
Sunday AM :- u7 girls, u9 boys, u10 boys, u12 boys, u14 girls, u16 girls
Sunday PM :- u8 girls, u10 girls, u10 boys, u11 boys, u14 boys, u15 girls
U7/U8 age group has non-competitive round robin events. All other age groups are competitive with round robin event followed by Cup/Plate Semis/finals. Braishfield Bees partners Chelsea FC Foundation will be in attendance throughout the event. Hampshire FA event sanction number is: HFA-T-24014

The event is an Invitational event and as such the Tournament Organisers reserve the right to treat any applications from Clubs as they deem appropriate. The Event is not open to Academy teams.

Sizes
TEAMS:
A maximum of 6 on the pitch at any one time (5 for U7s/ U8s) and 9 players per squad are permitted. No player shall play for more than one competing team or age group. All players must be within the correct age group as per season 2024/25.
PITCHES:
Pitch size will be U7 & U8 – 40 x 30 yds, U9 – 50 x 30 yds, U10/U11/U12/U13/U14 – 60 x 35 yds & U15/16s (and some additional pools as per programme) – 4g Astro
GOALS:
All age groups will play with mini soccer sized goals 12 X 6.
SUBSTITUTES:
Substitutes will be on a roll-on/roll-off basis.
DURATION OF GAMES:
To be confirmed on the day and the programme will be dependent on pool size (min 9 mins). There will be no half-time. Home team will have kick off and Away team has choice of ends
