    For the sessions to run as smoothly as possible, please arrive on time to register your teams at the control tent. If you could complete the Squad Registration Form prior to arrival this will help speed up the registration process.  No entry will be accepted from Academy or JPL (or equivalent) teams.

    Format

    This is a six a side grass roots football tournament, maximum squad size of eight. One guest player allowed per team. No more than two players registered with academies or JPL teams (and equivalent), this includes guest players. Guest player and academy/JPL players must clearly be indicated on the registration sheet.

    Admission

    Car parking is available on site and admission will be charged at £5 per car, this includes a tournament programme, walk ins are charged at £3 per person. This will be payable by ALL adults. Children are FREE to enter.

    Refreshments and Entertainment

    There will be a food van offering burger, hot dogs, chicken nuggets, chips and much more. Teas and coffees will be available as well as an ice cream van. Soft drinks, crisps, chocolate and sweet bags will be on sale. There will be a tombola stand and an online Spot the Ball competition

    Parking

    As stated above, parking is available on site at Whites Field, Mill Lane, Chinnor, OX39 4RF. We can cater for many vehicles, but spaces may eventually run out. If you are unable to park on site we do ask that you respect the local residents and their properties and park sensibly, not blocking any driveways or obscuring junctions.

    Photography

    We are delighted to share that this year we will have a photography company onsite to take pictures of all teams and matches. These will be available to buy on the day. Please inform us prior to the event if you do not want your childs photo taken.

    Pets

    Dogs are welcome at the event but they must be kept on a lead at all times and any dog mess must be cleared away and disposed of in the bins provided.

    Smoking

    Chinnor Youth Football Club has signed up to the FA’s Smoke Free Side Lines initiative. We ask that all our guests on the day refrain from smoking or vaping around the pitches and within the confines of the tournament arena, including the building. If you do wish to smoke, please use the car park area away from children and spectators.

    Respect

    Tournaments are a fun way for all our children to enjoy playing football against many teams in a shortened version of the game. Whilst we understand that football is a competitive sport by nature we do promote, fair, respectful football. Any player, manager, team or supporter who is disrespectful to referees, players, managers or other supporters will be asked to leave the tournament.
