- Larger tournaments with arrivals in a short period of time can use the TicketSource free ticket scanning app for iOS and Android devices. That way, your steward(s) can use their own mobiles to validate admission tickets quickly.

- Set up Price tiers for car entry, foot entry, with/without programme
- Offer discounts for spectators that register early

Booking fees
For spectator entry tickets, the online booking fee for credit or debit card are among the lowest on the market, lower than all major competitors. TicketSource payment processing is 7% + VAT per paid booking* including all credit / debit card processing costs.

Refunds & Exchanges
TicketSource Policy gives your customers the ability to exchange, cancel, or request refunds through the self-service Manage My Bookings portal. As customers manage their own tickets, you enhance their experience while reducing the administrative load on your Tournament’s team.
Your ticketing will be implemented by TicketSource, a full member of the Society of Ticket Agents and Resellers (STAR). Your tournament will have a direct relationship with TicketSource. Gain full access to TicketSource system under one affordable, easy to understand booking fee structure. No contracts, subscriptions or complicated access tiers. This includes various ticketing types and support channels like telephone, email, live chat.
