Hazlemere Sixes is a long-running one-day junior 6-a-side tournament in lovely surroundings within the Chiltern Hills.
- AM -9:00am – 1:30pm: Under 8, Under 10, Under 12, Under 14, Under 16, Girls U10.
- PM – 2:30pm – 6:30pm: Under 7, Under 9, Under 11, Under 13, Under 15, Girls U11.
Tournament format and squad sizes
Under 9 and above will play 4 or 5 league matches depending on the number of entries we receive. Match duration will be adjusted to give a similar total playing time across the ages. The better-finishing teams in each age group will then enter a Cup knockout competition. Individual trophies or medals will be presented to all winners and runners-up and the winners will also receive a trophy to keep.
Teams will consist of 6 players and up to 4 substitutes who can be used on a roll-on/roll-off basis. Therefore there is a maximum of ten in each squad.
Under 7 and Under 8 will be run on a friendly basis with awards for all participants as per FA guidelines. Teams will consist of 5 players and up to 5 substitutes, on a roll-on/roll off basis. Therefore there is a maximum of ten in each squad.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept entries from Academy teams.
As an FA Accredited Club, HTJ has adopted the FA’s Respect Code of Conduct for players, spectators and coaching staff. As such, poor behaviour will result in teams being asked to leave.
Tournament Entry
At the tournament there will be a Burger van, ice creams, licensed bar, coffee truck, bouncy castle and speed gun.
On-site parking is by programme only, with programmes costing £5. Please have your payment to hand when you arrive to make the process of parking as efficient as possible. Each team will receive one complimentary copy of the programme on the day. Please can all teams bring one match ball with them.
In the event of adverse weather conditions, the tournament may have to be cancelled. If this is the case, the organisers will make a full refund.
