Compete in this regional heat at a top-tier venue for the chance to advance to the One Tournament National Grand Final on 27 & 28th June where you can expect competition from across the country. The winning team from each regional heat qualifies for the One Tournament National Grand Final for free. (Runners-up will all be offered an optional paid wildcard space)

We do not cap squad size, it’s up to you to manage fair playing time on the day.
Boy players who have played and are registered with category 1 and 2 Premier League/EFL academies in the 2025/26 season are not eligible. Category 3 academy players are eligible if they are dual signed with their grassroots team or one of the two guest players that all teams are allowed.
