Tournament Organiser email address is kept private
As a Tournament Director listing a tournament, you register an email address with us. We keep that email address private. We use it for
- sending you enquiries submitted by Team Managers (without disclosing your email address to the enquirer, and
- payment collection purposes and
- reminders and administration for the following season should you choose to renew.

Tournament Organisers must only submit tournaments or festivals which are, or will be, sanctioned by their County FA, Schools FA or other sanctioning* body authorised by FA.
Guarantee and Refund Policy for Basic Adverts
I guarantee Tournament Organisers will get genuine enquiries that can be converted to a sale. If you pay for a Basic Advert for your tournament and don’t get any teams enquiring via the listings service, then you can have the money for your advert fee back. The guarantee applies to a listing at least four weeks before your tournament or three weeks before your published application deadline, whichever is the sooner. It also requires you to keep your email box receiving emails and not filling up and/or bouncing emails. You are guaranteed to get enquiries from genuine football teams (so test emails or spam are not enquiries).
The Gold Advert is also covered by this guarantee as long as it does not have a link off the Clubtournament.co.uk site.
How to claim money back under the Guarantee and Refund policy
After your tournament date, let us know if you want to claim your advert fee under this guarantee. If you have multiple adverts, you can request I can review each one on a case by case basis. Once your claim(s) are received I will review it. You will get an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 7 days.
No charge to postpone or cancel a tournament.
There is no additional charge to amend your tournament advert to show it is postponed or cancelled. There is also no charge for rescheduling a tournament provided the new date is before the new season (which gets underway in September each year for junior football). Tournament Directors are asked to get in contact and I will take care of amending tournament adverts on this site. If a tournament is rescheduled into the next football season then a new advert will be necessary. When a tournament runs (or if I am not contacted) then its advert will automatically expire on the originally advertised date, as normal. There is no refund in this situation so it is important to notify us of the new date when a postponement occurs.
Bulk Listings discount scheme
Order 6 or more Tournament Listings of the same type and get a discount automatically applied in Checkout.
All the Tournament Listings must be ordered and paid for in the same website visit. If a Tournament Organiser has a line of credit with us then a bank transfer can be made within 2 weeks of order and the Bulk Discount will still be honoured.
Bulk Discount is applied by the website Cart when you place an order in one transaction. If some tournaments are still in early planning stage then the details can follow later. As you are ordering multiple tournaments in bulk we understand this is likely.
Refund for unused Listings bought under this Bulk Discount scheme
If the Tournament Organiser does not proceed with listing all the tournaments planned in the bulk Order, then a refund can be claimed at the end of the season. When calculating the refund value, the price and discount will be re-calculated using the quantity of Tournament Listings that actually went live during the season. Bulk listed tournaments can be refunded individually under our Guarantee and Refund policy. However if a tournament listing had been refunded once under the Guarantee and Refund policy then it cannot be refunded again and it will not count towards reaching the quantity threshold for the Bulk Discount
